TV Vet Dr. Scott, Our new Patron

dr scott miller and amber

We had the pleasure of hosting TV Vet Dr. Scott Miller at our rescue, and what an wonderful visit it turned out to be.

Dr. Miller joined us for the filming of an upcoming documentary, making it a delightful day filled with a tour of NCAR, interactions with our residents, volunteering in various roles at the rescue, and lending a helping hand to the vets during many operations.

A special thanks to Dr. Scott, as his support, kindness, and willingness to back our rescue efforts, particularly for the welfare of NCAR animals, are truly invaluable. In addition to his visit, we are thrilled to share some exciting news that Dr. Scott has graciously accepted the role of being a patron for our charity.

Exciting news, our wonderful Patron Dr Scott has launched his own Youtube channel and we would love for you to see it.

See the video below and you can subscribe to his channel to see all his update

The most exciting part is on Monday 25th March, NCAR will featuring on the new channel as a film when Dr Scott came to visit us last mont We are so excited to see the film and see our beautiful residents at NCAR. Please tune in to see it!

We extend our heartfelt thanks to him, recognising the significant positive impact his support will have on our charity. Expect to see lots more of him in the near future at NCAR.

During his time with us, Dr. Scott dedicated attention to several animals, with a special focus on Amber, a beautiful Malinois mix with a poignant backstory. Amber, having arrived at NCAR as a stray, experienced trauma to her front leg before arriving at NCAR which, unfortunately, went untreated by her previous owners, resulting in severe damage requiring surgical intervention.

Dr. Scott has created a video narrating Amber’s tale, shedding light on the urgency of support to restore her leg to its proper functionality.
