We Love dogs!
The best part is? We love dogs! So feel free to bring your furry pal along and treat them to our special doggy menu.
Plus, every purchase you make goes towards supporting the animals in our care at NCAR.
We can’t wait to welcome you into our friendly and relaxed atmosphere!
Very thorough in assessing dogs' behaviour and personalities and that of potential owners and their homes and lifestyles for matching up and to ensure that appropriate care will be given in a potential new home. Very caring for all the dogs, ensuring they are all exercised, walked and played with. They even have a cafe on site for visitors to sit and enjoy the beautiful setting of the premises over a meal or coffee and cake. Most impressed. Best of all, they let me take my new little friend home for keeps! Very happy with them.

My work experience is complete!! NCAR has been such an extraordinary experience and I have loved every second of it. They make the most luxurious hot chocolate and the most drool-worthy tea cakes. Everyone works so inexplicably hard to keep the animals happy and they are cared for to the highest standard. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the team in Moggy Mansion: Marea and Maureen have made the experience that much more enjoyable and they are such a laugh to be around. I truly came to care for each and every kitty I had the pleasure of meeting and I felt every bittersweet moment when they finally found their new, loving homes. NCAR are constantly searching for new volunteers so if you find yourself bored or have nothing to do I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming, the walks are spectacular, and the cafe is amazingly warm on those chilly Autumn days and you feel snug and content with your luxury hot chocolate cupped in your hands. I truly will miss this place 🖤
