My name is Ceri and I started volunteering at NCAR in 2007.

I love all animals but especially dogs, so when my place of work allowed us monthly volunteer hours, I chose NCAR.

I started by dog walking and now I also help out with fundraising days. I really enjoy these days as I get to meet lots of lovely people and have lots of fun whilst raising money for the rescue.

NCAR will always hold a special place in my heart, for in December 2008 I met and adopted my furry best friend Winnie (the Jack Russell).

I spent an amazing nearly 13 and a half years with her and I will always be grateful to NCAR for allowing me to adopt her.

I love volunteering for NCAR and over the years I have made lots of new friends and lots of new four legged friends. Volunteering always leaves me with very happy vibes and I look forward to my next visit.
