WE ARE OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY FOR ADOPTIONS. ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS FORM WE WILL BE IN TOUCH TO INVITE YOU ALONG TO THE RESCUE.

• After you submit your online form, we will review it and look for a resident that matches your requirements.
• If we find a good match, we will invite you to the rescue to discuss your adoption enquiry and go through the adoption process. We will explain everything during your first visit.
• Please note that not all applicants will be successful, especially if there is a lot of interest in a particular animal. However, we encourage you to reapply for other animals we have now or in the future. We will work with you to find the perfect match, even if it takes a little longer.

Completing this form does not guarantee that you will be able to adopt an animal from North Clwyd Animal Rescue. This is purely a form to help us learn more about you which helps us to match you to the right pet. We will still need you to come into our rescue and see the animals in person, and filling this form in does not reserve any animal to you.

The Application Process

We apologise for any delay in our response as we are currently receiving a high volume of applications with limited staff. We will contact you if we find a suitable pet for your family, so please refrain from reaching out to us.

Please keep in mind that not all applications may be successful as some of our animals have already generated a lot of interest and may be in the process of adoption. However, this does not mean you cannot adopt from us. You may reapply for another animal using the same process.

If your application is successful, we will contact you to discuss the adoption process in detail and schedule an appointment within the next few weeks.
