Scouse is a lovely girl who came to the rescue with 18 other dogs after their owner sadly passed away. She is a lovely girl who bonds strongly to people, when she first came in she was quite stand-offish but now she has bonded with all of the staff we are seeing her full personality. When she came in we were told she was not good with other dogs and can be a little unsure of people – and after behaviour tests here at the rescue, we can confirm that she will need a calm and experienced home who can work with her and manage her issues. She has made massive improvements during her stay and is continuing to have behaviour work done with her throughout her stay. She is very treat orientated which does help with her training and keeping her distracted when dogs are passing her on walks. Scouse is a very affectionate girl and looks to you for guidance whenever she is unsure. She hasn’t had the best life and will need patient owners that will help her adjust to home life as she has primarily been kept outdoors in kennels before coming in. With the right guidance, Scouse has the potential to be a wonderful companion and we would thoroughly love to see her settled in a home.
