Scooby is a gorgeous boy who was unfortunately returned to us because he didn’t get along well with other dogs. But, with the right introduction, handling and training, he has lots of potential. During his stay, we will be testing his compatibility with other dogs and we recommend that any potential adopter keep him on a lead during walks to avoid any incidents.

He is a friendly and well-behaved companion at home. In the home he was fully house-trained and would politely signal when he needs to go out. Scooby’s favourite activity is playing fetch with a tennis ball, and he can go on for hours!

To ensure that he is comfortable around other dogs during walks, we encourage potential adopters to visit the rescue centre multiple times and spend time with our behaviour team who can work with any potential adopters to create a personalized behaviour and training plan for Scooby.
