Mungo is an absolute sweetheart who stole our hearts from the moment he arrived at the rescue! He was brought to us because his previous owners had concerns about his interactions with their new baby. But don’t worry, Mungo is a great boy who mostly walks nicely on the lead and keeps his kennel spotless!

Although he has had a few incidents of biting in the past, his previous owners explained that it was all out of fear and defence when he felt cornered or trapped. Unfortunately, this meant they couldn’t trust him around the baby. He has had a couple of incidents here at the rescue when he has been unsure.

He’s friendly to everyone he meets and loves going for walks, chasing tennis balls around our paddock, and generally having a great time. The vets were amazed to learn that he’s already 11 years old, as he’s still bursting with energy and enthusiasm. Mungo is an absolutely beautiful boy who deserves to find his forever home where he can be loved and cherished for the rest of his days!
