Jessie is a sweet girl who was returned to the rescue as her owners were unable to cope with her behaviour. She has sadly been in and out of our care for a few years now so we’d really love to find her the perfect match soon. In the home – she is described as being perfect – however, out and about – she can be quite reactive to other dogs. At the rescue we manage this behaviour through good lead control, and we would be looking for a home who is able to work alongside our behaviour team to manage this behaviour. She can also be quite reactive to animals passing the house when she is in the garden, so a quieter area with less animals passing – and where the behaviour could be worked with may be better for Jessie.

We will give full advice and support with regards to preventing these issues developing as she settles into her new home. Generally, she is a well behaved girl and with good handling, walks beautifully on the lead. She is fully housetrained. She loves nothing more than chasing a ball in the paddocks – and we have lots of fun playing with her. A gorgeous girl who will flourish in the right environment.
