Georgia arrived into our care as a stray and was quite wary and timid at first but is starting to come out of her shell.

She is now going out for walks with volunteers and is doing really well meeting new people and now wanting to interact with them. As she is a young girl she will require plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. She is enjoying affection but can be wary receiving it in certain places. Due to her being nervous we think she would be best in a home with sensible teenagers aged 15 years+ with no younger visiting children.

She has met some dogs whilst in our care and will interact well and is quite confident although not overly fazed by them. She will tolerate boisterous dogs but is not afraid to tell them off politely if they are too intrusive. From what we have seen, we do believe she could live with a compatible dog who will give her space and listen to her. Mixes would be done on site to ensure they would be compatible but having a dog in the home is not essential for her.

Due to her nervousness at the vets we would advise potential owners to muzzle train her for future visits for safety reasons as she has snapped when being vaccinated. This is something we are starting here and will help advise on but would need to be continued in the home.

She really is a beautiful girl who needs a calm home to build her confidence with owners to positively guide her.
