Fury is an independent approx 7 year old boy who came to the rescue as a stray. He is a terrier and has a big personality. He is really scared of human interaction and does not like to be touched. He will react defensively to this.

He will need a very specific home with people who are willing to put the time into desensitising him to hands and working on his confidence. He will need people who understand that he does not want to be handled and it will be a gradual and lengthy process to get him to a point of being comfortable with general handling.

Off lead in our paddock, he will bolt around and play with you, and he does initiate interaction, however, even if he initiates it, he will freeze if you go too quick.

He needs a home with no other animals and cannot be around children, living or visiting.

Anyone interested in Fury will have to be committed to coming up to the rescue and working with him alot before gradually introducing him into the home. Deep down, Fury is a really sweet and insecure guy who just needs someone to show him that people aren’t as scary as he thinks they are!
