Frank is a handsome collie who came to our rescue from the pound. He was previously adopted, but unfortunately was returned for showing guarding behavior towards visitors. However, with the help of our experienced behaviour team we are confident that we can work with potential adopters to develop a behaviour plan that will help Frank feel more comfortable in his new home.

Frank is a complete natural at chasing balls in our paddock and loves nothing more than running around. He’s also completely housetrained here at the rescue. However, Frank can be a bit nervous in certain situations and may growl when being groomed. For this reason, we are looking for a patient and understanding home that is willing to work with him on building up his confidence in a positive and calm way.

Frank gets along well with most dogs, but he may take a dislike to some. Therefore, we would like his new home to keep him controlled around other dogs just incase. We have no doubt that with the right home and continued support from our team, Frank will make a wonderful addition to a home.
