Bunny is a lovely girl who has come into our care as a stray and no one has come forward to claim her, so she is now up for adoption and looking for a new home.

Bunny only has three legs – this doesn’t hold her back or phase her at all! She is a very confident and jumpy girl who everyone is surprise of her missing leg and her age! She is a friendly girl who loves meeting new people and giving hugs + kisses, she can be boisterous at times so we feel she will be best suited to a home with sensible children aged 12+ in her next home – she is still under assessment so this may change in the future. She can jump to head-butting height so anyone interested in her will have to tolerate her bouncy nature, and encourage training to calm down.

We feel that she will thrive as the only pet in the home, she can be reactive on walks but we think she just likes to bark and does settle down after a while. She will need socialision to reduce the reactivity and work on her lead work around dogs. Due to us not having any history on Bunny she is looking for a cat free home.

She loves her walks and being out and about so will require daily exercise in her next home. She can pull on lead at times so will need more work in this area, she will need owners that are strong and fit enough to put in the work of training and providing plenty of exercise. She will need mental stimulation too as she sometimes struggles on her other legs (due to the loss of her front leg).

Bunny is a bit bonkers but she is a favourite and she will be a cheeky, funny girl in the home. We really hope she finds a new home soon so that she can get back to enjoying home comforts 🙂
