Bella 1

Age: 3 years 6 months

Sex: Female

Breed: Lurcher

Bella 1's Notes:

• can live with sensible children
• friendly with strangers
• good on the lead

Bella is a stunning girl who has come into our care as a stray, despite our efforts of contacting a previous owner we sadly have had no information on Bella so do not know much about her history. She is a sensitive girl who is finding kennel life difficult so we really hope we can get her out into a lovely home soon.

She has been friendly with people since her arrival and is a sweet girl. She loves being out and about on walks and is looking for a home where she can get daily exercise. She loves running around and playing in our secure paddocks and generally walks well on lead, but can be strong at times.

Bella is looking for a home where she won’t be left alone for long hours and with owners who will take things at her pace and input a steady routine and boundaries to help her settle into her new environment. She can be anxious at times so will benefit from a routine and lots of mental and physical exercise.

Bella cannot be rehomed with cats or small furries. She is looking for a home as the only dog, as she can be reactive on walks and struggles with getting overwhelmed when there are too many dogs. She will benefit from being walked in a quiet area and building to busier / more active areas.

She is looking for a home with sensible children aged 15+ in her next home. We will continue her assessments whilst she is with us, she will suit a Lurcher-savvy home and we really hope she doesn’t have long to wait as she has so much potential.
