Alfie’s Snowdon Sunrise Climb

In memory of Bella

“In July I am going to do a sponsored walk up Snowdon to raise money for North Clwyd Animal Rescue.

I have chosen this amazing charity because after my dog Bella died in a tragic incident in England, NCAR helped me feel better.”

You can find out about what happened to Bella here

“We donated some of Bella’s things to NCAR and seeing the other dogs happy helped me feel better.

I was really sad but going to NCAR helped during these troubling times.

alfie and bella

I want to raise money for North Clwyd Animal Rescue in memory of Bella, so they can build a new kennel block to keep the dogs comfy.”

Alfie is 11 years old and will be climbing Yr Wyddfa on 20th July 2024 to raise money for NCAR and the Dog’s Trust, in memory of his dog Bella.

Alfie has hypermobility syndrome so this climb will be a particular challenge for him, but he wants to give something back to the people & place which offered him comfort when he was dealing with his grief. Alfie loves how NCAR helps so many animals and wants to help too.
